We ask you for personal information such as your name, postal address, email address, social media, website user account name, telephone/mobile numbers, or other addresses when you register, subscribe, create an account, order a deal. If you have signed up using a third-party such as Facebook, we collect your name & public profile photo as part of your Natu Get Account Information. You can control what you give us access to from your Facebook count Settings. (Settings > Apps> Permissions).
Once you place an order on Natu Get, your profile gets updated to include your last used delivery address & also the email address which you have provided for the invoice copy.
If you use your bKash mobile wallet for payment, we will collect the number in our transaction history. In case of Credit or Debit card, your online payment will be processed by our secured third-party payment processor – Port wallet. We do not get access to or save any of your confidential payment information such as card number.
We use cookies to track the number of visitors to our website and to help us to improve the overall visitor experience. These cookies do not collect or store any personally identifiable information. We use secured cloud-based servers for storing our business data, transaction data protected with firewalls and enhanced protocols. To prevent any unauthorized access to your personal account we send a secret code to you.
